从问卷调查结果看读者对图书馆的利用——兼谈图书馆今后努力的方向

摘  要：
采用问卷调查方法对大理学院读者利用图书馆的情况,读者对图书馆的了解和使用情况,对馆舍环境与设施设备满意程度,对图书馆读者服务的满意程度,对馆藏文献和信息资源的满意程度等进行了调查、统计和分析。并根据分析结果得出:加强读者利用图书馆宣传、改善服务条件、拓展服务空间、提高馆员素质等是我校图书馆今后的努力方向。

摘  要：
This paper has used questionnaire survey method to investigate the library readers situation in Dali university,the understanding and usage by readers,the satisfactory degree on library environment and facilities,the satisfactory degree on library reader service,and the satisfactory degree on library collection and information resources.On the basis of these findings,the paper has found that it is essential to strengthen propaganda on the usage of library by readers,improve service conditions,expand service space,improve librarian’ s quality,etc.so as to serve as the efforts orientation in the future for university libraries.
