湛江地区紫花苜蓿的光合生理初步研究

摘  要:
使用LI-6400便携式光合作用系统在晴天条件下,对湛江地区引进的紫花苜蓿品种和当地同科优良牧草柱花草品种热研2号的叶片进行了若干光合生理指标的测定。结果表明,①各品种的Pn值在34.20~54.73μmol(CO2)/(m2·s)之间,其中热研2号的Pn值最高,其次是富特;②各品种的Tr值在9.69~12.29μmol/(m2·s)之间,热研2号的Tr值最高,其次是富特;③各品种的WUE值在3.53~4.45μmol(CO2)/μmol(H2O)之间,热研2号的WUE值最高,其次是富特;④热研2号的Ci值最小,为113.5μmol/mol,富特次之,为198.4μmol/mol;⑤阿尔冈金的Gs值最大,为1.27mol/(m2·s),其次是三得利、富特,分别是0.86和0.72mol/(m2·s),热研2号的最低,为0.53mol/(m2·s);⑥热研2号的Vpdl值最高,为2.485Pa,其次是富特,为1.769Pa;⑦热研2号的Tl值最高,为37.81℃,其次是三得利,为35.74℃。表明在引入的3个紫花苜蓿品种中,富特的光合生理能力最强,三得利次之,阿尔冈金最弱,说明富特和三得利对当地环境的适应性较强。

摘  要:
The photosynthesis rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),water use efficiency (WUE),intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs),saturation vapour pressure(Vpdl) and temperature of leaf surface(Tl) of several introduced Medicago sativa varieties and good pasture Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan No.2 were determined using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in sunny day.The results showed that ①Pn of the four plants was 34.20~54.73μmol (CO2) /(m2·s),in which Reyan No.2 were the hightest,and followed by Futel.②Tr was 9.69~12.29μmol /(m2·s),the hightest was Reyan No.2,and followed by Futel.③ WUE was 3.53~4.45μmol (CO2) /μmol (H2O),the hightest was Reyan No.2,and followed by Futel.④Ci of Reyan No.2 was the smallest for 113.5 μmol /mol,followed by Futel for 198.4 μmol /mol.⑤Gs of Algonquin was the maximum for 1.27 mol/(m2·s),followed by Three effective and Futel for 0.86 mol /(m2·s) and 0.72 mol/(m2·s) respectively,Gs of Reyan No.2 was with the minimum of 0.53 mol /(m2·s).⑥Vpdl of Reyan No.2 was with the maximum of 2.485 Pa,followed with the Futel for 1.769 Pa.⑦Tl of Reyan No.2 was the highest for 37.81℃,followed by Three effective for 35.74℃.The order of photosynthetic physiology abilities was Futel > Three effective > Algonquin.Three effective and Futel were more adaptable for planting in Zhanjiang.
