水淹胁迫对乐昌含笑和樟树苗木生理特征的影响

摘  要:
以乐昌含笑(Michelia chapensis Dandy)和樟树(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl)幼苗为试验材料,人工模拟水淹胁迫环境,进行两个胁迫强度处理(水淹土表0cm、水淹土表5cm)。通过测定各树种幼苗叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究了水淹胁迫对这2种幼苗以上生理指标的影响。研究结果表明:随着水淹胁迫深度的加深,乐昌含笑叶片叶绿素含量先升后降,樟树的叶绿素含量先升后降或持续上升;乐昌含笑幼苗的可溶性糖含量上升,樟树各处理多显著高于对照;两种幼苗的可溶性蛋白质含量变化不规律;乐昌含笑的SOD活性下降,樟树实验前期上升,后期下降;两种幼苗叶片的丙二醛含量均显著大于对照。由幼苗的成活率和生理指标判断,樟树的抗水淹能力强于乐昌含笑。

摘  要:
Studies on physiological changes of seedlings of Michelia chapensis Dandy and Cinnamomum camphora were conducted under submerged stress environment using two treatments of stress intensity(with soils being complete submerged 0 and 5 cm).The effect of submergence stress on physiological indexes of the two species was evaluated by testing contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein,super oxide dismutase(SOD)activity,and content of malondidehyde(MDA).The results showed that with increasing submerged depth,the chlorophyll content of M.chapensis increased followed by a decrease,whereas that of C.camphora increased or increased followed by a decrease,the content of soluble sugar of M.chapensis increased,and most treatments of C.camphora was significantly higher than the control;the content of soluble protein of the two species changed in irregular patterns,the activity of SOD of M.chapensis decreased,whereas that of C.camphora increased during the early experimental stage and decreased during the later experimental stage;the content of MDA of the seedlings of two species was significant higher than the controls.In view of survival rate and physiological indexes,the submerging resistance of C.camphora seedlings was stronger than M.chapensis seedlings.
