野生玫瑰种子繁殖及保存技术的研究

摘  要:
有性繁殖是物种产生新的基因型、保持遗传多样性的重要机制。人工繁育野生玫瑰实生苗造林,是基因保存的有效方法之一。种子繁殖试验发现,野生玫瑰种子具深度休眠特性,发芽的层积时间需在246 d以上。在玫瑰自然分布区内空旷地带,人工比较栽培试验发现,在相同栽培方法及管理措施情况下,玫瑰原生地沙丘底部苗木成活率较沙丘上部苗木成活率分别提高19%(蘸吸水剂)、21%(不蘸吸水剂),苗木根蘸吸水剂较不蘸吸水剂的造林成活率平均提高53%以上。而在其它野生玫瑰适宜立地栽培发现,野生玫瑰造林方法简单,成活率高,在适宜立地建立异地野生玫瑰基因保存林是可行的。

摘  要:
Sexual reproduction is an important mechanism of producing new genotypes by species and maintaining genetic diversity.Plantation using Rosa rugosa seedlings of artificial breeding is a one of effective way for gene preservation. The seed breeding experiments revealed that its seed has a deep sleep characteristic;the stratification time for germination is to be 246 d above.In the open areas of natural distribution region,the comparison trial of artificial cultivation found that: In the case of same method of cultivation and management measures,the survival rate in bottom of the primary sand dune is more than the upper(increased by 19 percent of dipping water-absorbent and 21 % of non dipping water-absorbent,respectively);the average survival rate of seedlings treated by water-absorbent than the control seedlings increased more than 53%.In other sites suitable for Rosa rugosa cultivation,the plantation method has the characters of simple and high survival rate,so that to establishment different places for gene preservation is feasible.
