高温胁迫与外源油菜素内酯对‘巨峰’葡萄叶片光合生理和果实品质的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探讨高温胁迫和外源油菜素内酯对鲜食葡萄光合和果实品质的影响。【方法】以3 a(年)生盆栽‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,连续高温胁迫20 d并喷施外源油菜素内酯(BR),测定葡萄叶片光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量及果实品质指标的变化。【结果】高温处理3 d即可显著降低叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量、PSII实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)和光化学猝灭系数(q P),而初始荧光(Fo)显著高于对照。连续高温处理6 d,PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)开始下降。高温胁迫显著降低了果实的单粒质量、可滴定酸含量和果皮花色苷含量。高温处理20 d后,喷施BR的处理分别比未喷施处理的光合最大速率Amax、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、q P和叶绿素含量均有提高,果皮花色苷含量为未喷施BR处理组的2.1倍。【结论】连续的高温胁迫会降低PSII反应中心活性,阻碍PSII的正常功能,抑制葡萄叶片的光合作用,影响果实品质。喷施外源BR可以有效缓解高温对葡萄叶片的光合伤害并促进果实着色。

摘  要:
【Objective】The research aimed at unraveling the effects of heat stress and exogenous brassino-lide(BR) on photosynthesis physiology and berry quality of table grapevine Kyoho(Vitis vinifera × Vitis labrusca).【Methods】The net photosynthesis rate(Pn),chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,chlorophyllcontent and berry quality of three- year- old potted‘Kyoho'grapevines were investigated under heatstress with 0.1 mg·L- 1exogenous BR application.【Results】Pn,ΦPSII,q P and the chlorophyll contentdecreased,while Fo increased when vine was treated by heat stress for 3 days. Fv/Fm started to decline af-ter 6 days. Moreover,berry weight,the contents of titration acid and anthocyanins were significantly re-duced under heat stress compared with the control. However,the maximum photosynthetic rate(Amax),ΦPSII,q P,Fv/Fm and the chlorophyll content were increased under the treatment with exogenous BR af-ter 20 days heat stress. The content of anthocyanins of the skin under BR treatment was 2.1 times higherthan the control.【Conclusion】Continuous heat stress can reduce the activity of PSII reaction center,dis-rupt normal function of PSII,inhibit the photosynthesis of grape leaf and reduce berry quality. Sprayingexogenous BR can effectively alleviate the photosynthetic system damage caused by high temperaturestress,and it can also greatly improve the content of anthocyanins in the skin.
