摘  要：
In this paper the ecological environment situation of Sichuan Province was introduced,analyzing the important significance of Sichuan Forestry development and the ecological shelterbelt construction in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The author pointed out that the good management and development of the Natural Forest Protection Program and Upland Conversion and Reforestation Program needed the active participation of the local farmers,and the exploration and research by way of the community forestry theory and methods.
