基于AVR的猪舍温湿度监测系统研究

摘  要:
根据目前生猪规模化养殖的特点,设计了一种基于AVR单片机ATmega16的猪舍温湿度监测系统。该系统由多个温湿度监测点和中心控制点组成。温湿度监测点采用SHT15完成猪舍不同位置的温湿度采集和处理,通过RS485总线将数据输送给中心控制点的ATmega16处理器。根据温湿度的预警值,ATmega16控制风机和调温设备的工作。测试结果表明,该系统的测温度范围为-40~123.8℃,测温精度为0.2℃,测湿度精度为1.8%,完全满足猪舍环境的要求。

摘  要:
According to the current large-scale pig farming characteristics,a piggery temperature and humidity monitoring system based on AVR microcontroller ATmega16 was designed.It consisted of multiple temperature and humidity monitoring points and the central control point.The temperature and humidity monitoring points used SHT15 to complete temperature and humidity data acquisition and processing in different locations Piggery,and then sent data to central control point through the RS485 bus.According to temperature and humidity alarm value,ATmega16 controlled fans and thermostat l devices work.The testing results show that: the system monitors the temperature range of-40~123.8℃,temperature accuracy of 0.2℃ and measurement accuracy of 1.8%,fully meet the piggery environment.
