摘 要:
试验旨在研究不同钼硫水平对小尾寒羊铜需要量的影响。选取60只体重相近(43.0 kg±2.3kg)、健康状况良好的6月龄母羊作为试验动物,随机分为12组,每组5只。试验分两个钼水平:低钼(M1)和高钼(M2)的添加量分别为0 mg/kg、5 mg/kg;两个硫水平:低硫(S1)和高硫(S2)的添加量分别为0 g/kg、2 g/kg;每个钼、硫水平的日粮中添加的铜浓度分别为10 mg/kg(C1)、15 mg/kg(C2)、25 mg/kg(C3)。预试期15 d,正试期15 d。结果表明:1在M1S1和M2S1条件下,3个铜添加浓度小尾寒羊血铜含量间无显著差异(P>0.05);在M1S2时,日粮添加10 mg/kg铜水平的试验羊血铜浓度显著低于添加15 mg/kg铜和25 mg/kg铜的试验羊组(P<0.05);在M2S2条件下,日粮中添加25 mg/kg铜水平的试验羊血铜浓度显著高于添加10 mg/kg铜组和15 mg/kg铜组(P<0.05)。2随着日粮铜浓度的增加,血清CPL的活性呈现上升趋势。在M1S2组和M2S1组中当日粮中添加10 mg/kg铜时,试验羊的血清CPL的活性均显著低于日粮中添加15 mg/kg铜组和25 mg/kg铜组(P<0.05)。血清CPL的活性变化在M1S1组时随日粮中铜的变化组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3随着日粮铜浓度的增加,试验羊血清Cu-Zn-SOD的活性也呈现上升趋势。其中M1S1时,3个铜添加水平间差异不显著(P>0.05);M2S1时添加10 mg/kg铜组的血清Cu-Zn-SOD活性显著低于添加15 mg/kg铜组和25 mg/kg铜组(P<0.05);M1S2时添加10 mg/kg铜组试验羊的血清Cu-Zn-SOD活性显著低于添加25 mg/kg铜组;M2S2时3个铜添加水平组间差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,小尾寒羊日粮铜的适宜供给水平在日粮不加钼硫时为20.5 mg/kg;加钼时为25.5 mg/kg;加硫时为25.5 mg/kg;加钼加硫时为35.5 mg/kg。

摘 要:
The objective of this test was to study the effects of different molybdenum and sulfur levels on the copper requirement o f Small-tail Han sheep.60 sheep with similar body weight(43.0 kg ±2.3 kg)and good health condition were selected and randomly divided into 12 groups with 5 per group. The experiment divided into two levels of Mo:low Mo(M1)and high Mo(M2)added amount 0 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg respectively;two sulfur levels:low sulfur(S)1andhighsulfur(S)2additionwere0g/kg and 2 g/kg. Each level of Mo and S diets adding copper concentration was 10 mg/kg(C1),15mg/kg(C2),and 25 mg/kg(C3)respectively. The pre-test period was 15 days,and the trial period was 15 days. The results showed that:(1) In the conditions of M1S1 and M2S1,there were no significant changes between the concentration of three copper adding(P > 0.05).In the M1S2,diets added 10 mg/kg copper levels in experimental sheep,the blood copper concentration was significantly lower than those of the 15 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg groups(P < 0.05). In the M2S2,the blood copper concentration in the diets added 25mg/kg copper level was significantly higher than those of the 10 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg groups(P<0.05).(2)With the increase of dietary copper concentration,the activity of serum CPL showed rising trend. In the M1S2 and M2S1groups,the CPL activity of the10 mg/kg copper addition group was significantly lower than those of 15 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg groups(P < 0.05). The change of CPL activity in M1S1 group was not significant with the change of copper in the diet(P >0.05).(3) With the increase of the concentration of copper in serum,the activity of serum Cu-Zn-SOD also showed an upward trend. In the M1S1,the differences among the three copper addition levels were not significan(tP >0.05). In the M2S1,the activity of Cu-Zn-SOD of the 10 mg/kg copper addition group was significantly lower than those of the addition of 15 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg groups(P< 0.05). In the M1S2,the activity of Cu-Zn-SOD of the 10 mg/kg copper addition group was significantly lower than that of the 25 mg/kg group(P < 0.05).In the M2S2,the Cu-Zn-SOD activities of three levels copper addition groups were significantly differen(tP < 0.05).It was concluded that the suitable supply level of copper for Small-tail Han sheep was 20.5 mg/kg when Mo and S were not added to the diet;25.5 mg/kg when Mo and S were added respectively;and 35.5 mg/kg when Mo and S were added simultaneously.
