污水中氯苯类化合物降解菌的筛选及降解特性的研究

摘  要:
采用传统的方法进行分离、纯化、筛选、检测,得到氯苯类化合物的降解菌,对其降解率进行研究,并通过16S rRNA进行分离鉴定。结果表明,共筛选出4株具有降解活性的菌株,在18℃、pH 7.2时降解率较高。初步鉴定4株菌株分别为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)、枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)、炭疽杆菌(B.anthraci)、同温层芽孢杆菌(B.stratosphericus)。

摘  要:
By using traditional methods,isolating,purifying,screening,testing the microorganisms and getting the degradation bacteria of chlorobenzene compounds,the degradation rate were studied.And finally classified and identified them according to16 S rRNA.The results showed that four strains were screened which were identified as Bacillus megaterium,B.subtilis,B.anthraci,B.Stratosphericus.The degradation was at higher level with the condition of the temperature 18 ℃,pH 7.2.
