多年生野生荞麦植株盛花期幼叶的酯酶同工酶研究

摘  要:
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对荞麦属(Fagopyrum Mill)多年生植物5个种(含大粒组3个种和小粒组2个种)12份野生荞麦资源的盛花期幼叶酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果发现,酯酶同工酶酶带18条,不同物种酶带数1到6条。系统聚类表明:荞麦属两个组(大粒组和小粒组)间遗传差异很大,而且F.megaspartanium在种内存在一定差异,但这种差异明显小于种间差异。

摘  要:
The esterase isozyme of young leaves on perennial wild buckwheat belonging to five species of genus Fagopyrum at flowering stage were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that there were a total of eighteen bands of peroxidase isozyme,with a range from one bands to six bands among different buckwheat species.The results of the zymographs analysis and the clustering showed that there were great difference of zymographs between the big-achene group and the small-achene group.It was indicated that there were great genetic differences between the two groups of genus Fagopyrum.
