常用湿帘产品的技术性能测试

摘  要：
湿帘是现代设施农业生产环境调控中夏季降温调控的主要设备,但市场上销售的湿帘产品的技术参数大多缺乏科学的检测。为此,研究利用空气动力综合试验风室对目前设施农业生产中常用规格的湿帘产品的主要技术性能参数进行了测试,得出了干燥与饱和湿润两种状态下,该规格湿帘的过帘风速与表面风速的关系曲线、通风阻力与表面风速和过帘风速与的关系曲线,以及降温效率与过帘风速的关系曲线。研究结果为生产实践中湿帘降温系统的设计与评价以及设备选型提供了可靠的理论依据。

摘  要：
wet pad is the main equipment of summer cooling control in modern facility agriculture production environmental control,but the technical parameters of most wet pad product on the market lacks scientific testing.This study using the comprehensive aerodynamic air chamber has conducted a testing of the main performance parameters of the wet pad which is the commonly used specifications in facility agriculture production,and has come to some relation curves in both dry and saturated wet states: the relation curve of after the pad wind speed and surface wind speed,the curve of ventilation resistance with surface wind speed and after the pad wind speed,and the curve of after the pad wind speed and cooling efficiency.The studying results provide reliable technical basis for the design,evaluation and equipment selection of the wet pad cooling system in practical production.
