加减白虎汤对酵母引起大鼠发热的解热作用

摘 要:
利用10%干酵母混悬液对清洁级SD大鼠进行皮下注射,建立大鼠发热模型,进而研究加减白虎汤对模型大鼠体温以及血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10和下丘脑组织匀浆液中PGE2含量的影响。结果表明:模型组大鼠的体温显著高于空白对照组,表明成功建立大鼠发热模型;在造模同时和造模后4 h分别给予高、中、低剂量的加减白虎汤和阿司匹林(ASP),高剂量组和ASP组有显著的解热效果;造模6 h后,与模型组相比,高剂量药物组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量和下丘脑中PGE2的含量显著降低,IL-10的含量无显著变化。加减白虎汤可能通过降低内生性致热源和中枢致热介质途径,对干酵母引起的大鼠发热发挥良好的解热作用。

摘 要:
To investigate antipyretic effect of modified Baihu decoction,model of yeast-induced fever in rats was established by subcutaneous injection of 10% yeast suspension,and content of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in serum and content of PGE2 in hypothalamic tissue were examined. The results showed that temperature of rats in model group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the rat fever model was successfully established. The high dose group of Jiaweibaihu decoction significantly decreased body temperature of yeast-induced fever rats,compared with the model group. Furthermore,content of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 in serum and content of PGE2 in hypothalamic tissue in the high dose group were significantly lower than that of the model group,while the production of IL-10 was not significantly changed. These results indicated that Jiaweibaihu decoction has good antipyretic effect on yeast-induced fever in rats through inhibiting the production of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and PGE2.
