先蚕礼在中华农耕社会至上而下的组织内传播中,其礼教内涵对于中国古代社会的价值观、情感、社会秩序以及行为方式等产生了重要影响。先蚕礼通过符号化的传播,对中华传统社会这一超稳定的组织起着重要的维护作用,在组织内部起到了社会整合、规范、教育以及文化传承的传播功能。

摘 要：
In the from-top-to-bottom organizational communication in the Chinese farming society,"silkworm first ceremony",an ancient Chinese rite to offer sacrifice to Silkworm Goddess,produced a profound influence on the values,emotion,social order and behavior style of the ancient Chinese society with its etiquette connotation.Silkworm first ceremony made use of symbolic communication to keep stable the Chinese traditional society and achieved great communicational functions of social integration,standardization,education and culture inheritance.
