摘  要：
和谐社会建设与公民社会发展的关系问题,不仅是学术界关注的一个重要问题,也是中国发展战略重大转型过程中所要解决的一个实际问题。为了适应环境和时代的变化,现代社会变革呼唤着边疆民族地区公民社会的健康成长。在当前构建和谐社会这一整体战略的转变中,从多民族国家的民族融合与发展的高度出发,探讨边疆少数民族地区公民社会发展与和谐社会建设的关系,有利于推动边疆民族地区公民社会的健康成长,以适应和谐社会建设的需要。

摘  要：
The relations between the construction of a harmonious society and Civil society development,are not only an important issue concerned by the people in the academic field,but also a real problem to solve in the course of Chinese development strategic transformation.In order to adapt the change of the Environment and time,modern social change calls for healthy growth of civil society in the border areas of ethnic minority.In the overall strategic transformation of building a harmonious society,we explore the relations from the aspect of national integration and development in the multi-ethnic country,which will help to promote the healthy growth of civil society and adapt to the need of harmonious social construction.
