目标价格改革对中国棉花国际定价权的影响

摘  要：
伴随着棉花目标价格政策的实施,我国棉花价格逐步回归于国际棉花市场,呈现出趋同趋势波动。那么,现今我国棉花价格在国际棉花市场上是否还存在着定价权缺失问题?基于此,利用协整分析方法和误差修正模型对政策实施前后国内外2个棉花市场交易价格波动进行实证分析。结果发现,国际棉花价格对我国棉花价格存在着长期的正向影响,伴随着目标价格改革,这种影响得到加强。目标价格改革后,我国与国际棉花市场间存在长、短期关系,国内棉花价格对国际棉花市场有正向影响,但仍存在定价权缺失问题。

摘  要：
With the implementation of the cotton target price policy, China's cotton price gradually returns to the international cotton market, showing the trend of convergence. So, is there still pricing power loss in the international cotton market? Based on this, this paper uses the co-integration analysis method and error correction model to carry out an empirical analysis of the trading price fluctuation of two cotton markets at home and abroad before and after the implementation of the policy. The results show that the international cotton price has a long-term positive effect on cotton price in China, and the effect is strengthened with the reform of target price. After the reform of the target price, there is a long and short-term relationship between China and the international cotton market. Domestic cotton prices have a positive influence on the international cotton market, but there is still a lack of pricing power.
