安徽省转Bt基因棉田主要害虫发生动态

摘  要:
连续多年在安徽沿江棉区和淮北棉区对转Bt基因棉田及常规棉田主要害虫和天敌开展系统调查。结果表明,转Bt基因棉田主要害虫及天敌的发生期与常规棉田一致,但发生量和发生程度差异较大,其中靶标害虫棉铃虫的危害显著减轻,红铃虫、棉蚜继续维持轻发态势,斜纹夜蛾、盲蝽象、棉蓟马的危害趋重,棉花叶螨的发生量与常规棉田的差异较小。

摘  要:
The investigations on the main insect pests and their natural enemies in the transgenic Bt and conventional cotton fields of both Changjiang and Huaibei cotton areas were conducted for many continuous years.The results showed that the occurring time of the main insects pest and their natural enemies in transgenic Bt cotton fields was the same,but the main insect pest number and damaged extent were significantly different,that is the lighter damage extent of target insect pest Helicoverpa armigera,and lighter damage trend by Pectinophora gossypiella and Aphis gossypii,but heavier damage trend by Prodeinia litura,Lygus pratensis and Thrips tabaci.There was no significantly different in number of Tetranychus urticae,compared with that in the conventional cotton fields.
