太平洋牡蛎对铜的生物富集动力学特性研究

摘  要:
应用双箱动力学模型,研究太平洋牡蛎对Cu2+的富集与排出规律。将太平洋牡蛎暴露在不同浓度(0.005、0.01、0.025、0.05、0.1 mg/L)的Cu2+溶液内,35 d后移入自然海水中代谢30 d,观察牡蛎体内Cu2+含量变化规律。通过对富集与排出过程中贝类体内铜含量的动态监测及检测结果的非线性拟合,得到吸收速率常数k1、排出速率常数k2、生物富集因子BCF、生物学半衰期B1/2等生物富集动力学参数。结果显示,太平洋牡蛎对Cu2+富集能力较强,0.05、0.10 mg/L组太平洋牡蛎富集达到平衡状态的时间延长;0.005、0.01、0.025mg/L浓度组太平洋牡蛎对Cu2+排出缓慢;0.025、0.05、0.1 mg/L组富集参数k1先增大后减少,k2、CAmax逐渐增加,BCF、B1/2逐渐变小;富集平衡时贝类体内Cu2+含量与外部水体Cu2+浓度正相关。

摘  要:
With the application of two-compartment bio-concentration model, the bio-concentration and excretion rules of Pacific oysters,Crassostrea gigas to copper were studied. The Pacific oysters were exposed in Cu2 +solution with different concentrations( 0. 005,0. 01,0. 025,0. 05,0. 1 mg / L),and after 35 days,they were transferred to natural seawaters cultured for 30 days to observe the change rules of Cu2 +contents in Pacific oyster body. The bio-concentration dynamic parameters, including uptake rate constant( k1), extracting rate constant( k2),bio-concentration factor( BCF),and biological half-life( Bl /2),were obtained through the dynamic detection of the content in Pacific oyster body and non-linear fitting of the results in the concentration and excretion phase. The results showed that the C. gigas has high capacities of accumulating copper in the body. The time for accumulating balance status was prolonged in the groups of 0. 05 and 0. 10 mg / L. The Cu2 +was excreted very slow in the groups of 0. 005,0. 01,0. 025mg / L. The k1increase and then decreased,the k2,CAmaxwere increased gradually,and BCF,B1 /2were decreased in the groups of 0. 025, 0. 05,0. 1 mg / L. There is a positive correlation between the maximal metal contents in tested oysters( CAmax) at steady-state and the Cu2 +concentration.
