脑血吸虫病CT诊断价值的探讨

摘 要：
目的:探讨脑血吸虫病的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:对16例经临床和病理学确诊的脑血吸虫病患者的CT资料进行分析,所有病例均行平扫及动态增强扫描。结果:CT平扫病灶呈不规则的等或稍高密度灶。动态增强后早期、中期、晚期及延迟期强化程度均不相同,病灶周围有水肿及占位效应。经药物治疗后复诊大多数患者脑组织恢复正常。结论:脑血吸虫病CT表现有一定的特异性,为该病早期诊断及治疗提供了重要的依据。

摘 要：
Objective:To investigate CT manifestation and its diagnostic value to the brain schistosomiasis.Methods:16 cases with CT data of the brain schistosomiasis confirmed by clinical laboratory test and pathology were analyzed.All the cases received plain and enhanced CT examination.Results: The focus of infection performing CT examination plain showed isodensity or a little high density.After dynamic enhancement the reinforcement degree was different at early stage,intermediate stage,late stage and lag stage with edema and mass effects at the focus of infection's surrounding.With the drug treatment,most patients' brain tissues recovered in further consultation.Conclusion:The CT diagnosis of brain schistosomiasis has specified signs which provide a significant criterion for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
