平贝收获机工作参数优化研究

摘  要:
优化平贝收获机工作参数是提高平贝收获质量的关键.首先对平贝收获机振动机构进行运动分析,通过Matlab优化工具箱对振动机构的偏心轮角速度和偏心距进行优化.并以收获机的挖掘深度、筛网倾角、运行速度为自变量,采用响应曲面法中的中心组合设计方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对收获损失率和损伤率的影响.通过响应曲面优化法计算得到最优的工作参数:挖掘深87.14 mm,筛网倾角9°,行进速度3.35 m/s.此工作条件下平贝实际损失率为1.75%,损伤率为1.71%.

摘  要:
Optimizing working parameters of bulbus fritillariae ussuriensis harvester is the key way to increase product quality. Firstly, the motion of vibration mechanism of shell harvester was analyzed, and the angular velocity and eccentricity of eccentric wheel of vibration mechanism were optimized by Matlab optimization toolbox. The effects of each variable and its interaction on the yield loss rate and damage rate were studied by using the central combination design method of response surface method with the digging depth, screen inclination and running speed of the harvester as independent variables. The response surface optimization method is used to calculate the optimal working parameters: digging depth 87.14 mm, screen inclination 9°, running speed 3.35 m/s. The actual loss rate and damage rate were 1.75% and 1.71% respectively under this working condition.
