摘  要：
In this paper, the author reviewed the definition, object and filds of agricultural engineering and its existing problems in China, analysised the different stayes of agricultural engineering, which in another saying, the deep stage of applied engineering science and technology in agriculture; the writer also put forward some new ideas about the contribution made by agricultural engineering science and technolagy to the achievement of national agricultural goals and appraised the current status and trend of the development of agricultural engineering discipline.
