双螺杆挤压机温度控制系统的设计

摘  要:
设计了一种应用于双螺杆挤压机的温度控制系统。以E分度热电偶为感温元件,用温度传感器AD590测量环境温度,并用作热电偶冷端补偿。该系统以MCS-51单片机为核心,采用智能控制结合数字滤波,提高了测量精度。

摘  要:
There will introduce a design for temperature control system apply to the system of twin-screw extruder.The measurement component is temperature sensor of type E,use the AD590(temperature sensor)to measure the environmental temperature,and as the compensation of cool-end temperature.The system ’ s corn is MCS-51Microcontroller.The application of intelligent control and digital filter improve the precision of the measurement.
