摘 要:
林区道路崎岖,沟壑极多,壕沟是其中一种极限工况,跨越壕沟能力的高低反映了集材机通过性能的强弱。利用Solidworks和Recur Dyn软件对集材机虚拟样机及其可更换三角形履带行动装置进行建模,用Recur Dyn软件对集材机在不同预张紧力、速度及工作状态(空载、装车和集材)下的跨越壕沟能力进行动力学仿真分析。研究结果表明:以预张紧力为24 k N(车重50%)跨越壕沟时,集材机运行更为稳定;预张紧力过大(38.4 k N)或过小(14.4 k N)均会导致履带断链。集材机在跨越壕沟时,速度不应低于14 rad/s,适当地提高速度有助于集材机跨越更宽的壕沟,但速度越大对履带性能要求也越高。多功能集材机空载时跨越的壕沟宽度不应超过900mm,装车时不应超过800 mm,集材时不应超过1 100 mm。

摘 要:
Forest roads are always rugged. There are many gullies in forest region,and trench is an extreme working condition. The ability of crossing the trench reflects the passing performance of skidder. In order to theoretically analyze the effects of different track pre-tension,velocities and working states( no-load,loaded and skidding) on the trenchcrossing ability of skidder,a virtual prototype of skidder and road models were built by using Solidworks and Recur Dyn,and a dynamic simulation was made by Recur Dyn. The center-of-mass roll angle,pitching angle,vertical acceleration,yaw velocity and dynamic track tension under different conditions were compared. The results showed that when the skidder crossed the trench under a track pre-tension of 24 k N( 50% of vehicle weight),the fluctuation range of center-ofmass pitching angle and roll angle were all small,and the skidder run more smoothly. Both too much and too small pretensions increased the fluctuation range of roll angle and aggravated the danger of turning on other side. The maximum( 38. 4 k N) and minimum( 14. 4 k N) pre-tensions all resulted in chain break. In the crossing process,vehicle velocity should not be lower than 14 rad / s,otherwise,chain break arose easily. Improving velocity properly was beneficial to crossing a wider trench,reducing the vibrating sliding of skidder and improving its operational stability. However,higher velocity requested better performance of skidder track. The trench width should not exceed 900 mm when the skidder was without loading,800 mm when loaded and 1 100 mm when skidding. These research results would contribute to understanding the running characteristics of triangular crawler unit,improving its structure and enhancing its passing capacity.On the other hand,the dynamic simulation results could provide a reference for vehicle drivers.
