除草剂飘移药害缓解剂的筛选及缓解效应分析

摘  要:
为筛选玉米田除草剂飘移为害烟草的有效缓解剂,以烟草品种云烟87为试验材料,选择芸薹素内酯、赤霉酸、复硝酚钠、速优素、超磷诱抗剂和富钙缓解剂6种缓解剂,通过试验调查其对玉米田除草剂莠去津和硝磺草酮飘移药害的缓解效果,并进行了超磷诱抗剂、富钙缓解剂和芸薹素内酯不同使用时间缓解效果对比试验。结果表明,不同缓解剂对莠去津和硝磺草酮飘移药害的缓解效应存在显著差异(P<0.05);富钙缓解剂、超磷诱抗剂药前使用与芸薹素内酯药后使用的缓解效果较好,缓解效应为60.57%~74.84%。比较富钙缓解剂、超磷诱抗剂和芸薹素内酯不同使用时间的效果发现,预防或缓解上述两除草剂的药害,最好是在施药前5~7 d使用富钙缓解剂和超磷诱抗剂,缓解效应为66.46%~78.61%;或药后1~3 d使用芸薹素内酯,缓解效应为67.81%~68.01%。

摘  要:
Taken tobacco cultivar Y unyan 87 as experimental material, effective mitigants for herbicide phytotoxicity caused by cornfield herbicides drift(atrazine and mesotrione) on tobacco were screened among six moderators, including brassinolide, gibberellic acid, sodium nitrophenolate, Suyousu, Superphosphorus inducer and Calcium-rich moderator. The comparative tests of Calcium-rich moderator, Superphosphorus inducer and brassinolide applied at different times were also conducted. The biochemical indicators of moderators against tobacco herbicides were determined. The results showed that there were significant differences in the mitigation effects of different moderators on tobacco herbicide phytotoxicity caused by the cornfield herbicide atrazine and mesotrione(P<0.05). The mitigating effects of the pre-herbicide application of Calcium-rich moderator and Superphosphorus inducer and post-herbicide application of brassinolide were preferably good. The mitigating effects of them were from 60.57% to 74.84%. Tests of different treatment times showed that, for mitigating phytotoxicity of atrazine and mesotrione drift to tobacco, it was best to apply Calcium-rich moderator and Superphosphorus inducer 5 to 7 days before the herbicide applied in the cornfield, with mitigating effects from 66.46% to78.61%; and it was best to apply brassinolide 1 to 3 days after the herbicide applied in the cornfield, with mitigating effects from 67.81% to 68.01%.
