不同比例甜菜渣与棉秆发酵对其营养成分及发酵参数的影响

摘  要:
为了研究不同比例棉秆和甜菜渣、复合菌液、尿素发酵对其营养成分及发酵参数的影响,笔者以棉秆和甜菜渣为原料,配合尿素和菌液发酵60 d,分析粗蛋白、干物质、木质素、乳酸、氨态氮、pH值等指标的变化。结果表明,当不同比例棉秆和甜菜渣、菌液、尿素发酵时,能提高发酵棉秆饲料的粗蛋白水平,降低木质素含量,并具有较低的pH值,提高了发酵棉秆饲料的营养价值和发酵品质,改善了适口性,且随着甜菜渣添加比例的增加,改善效果呈上升趋势,以棉秆、甜菜渣、菌液及尿素50∶50∶0.1∶0.3发酵的发酵品质较好,但从棉秆利用最大化的角度出发,建议以70%棉秆、30%甜菜渣配合0.2%尿素和0.20%菌液发酵较为适宜。

摘  要:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different proportions of cotton stalks, beet pulp, compound bacteria and urea on nutrient composition and fermentation parameters.The test was carried out by mixing cotton stalk and beet pulp with urea and bacterial liquid for 60 days.Analysis of changes in crude protein, dry matter, lignin, lactic acid, ammonia nitrogen, p H and other indicators.The results show that when cotton stalks and beet pulp, bacterial liquid and urea are fermented in different proportions,It can improve the crude protein level of fermented cotton stalk feed, reduce lignin content, and have lower pH value, improve the nutritional value and fermentation quality of fermented cotton stalk feed, and improve palatability,and with the increase of the proportion of beet pulp added, the improvement effect is on the rise, and the fermentation quality of cotton stalk, beet pulp, bacterial liquid and urea50∶50∶0.1∶0.3 is better,but from the perspective of maximizing the use of cotton stalks, it is recommended to use 70% cotton stalks and30% beet pulp with 0.2% urea and 0.2% bacterial liquid for fermentation.
