断根对欧美I-107杨光合作用和生长的短期影响

摘  要:
以5年生欧美I-107杨为试材,研究了6-2(六倍胸径两侧)、6-4(六倍胸径四侧)、8-2(八倍胸径两侧)、8-4(八倍胸径四侧)、10-2(十倍胸径两侧)、10-4(十倍胸径四侧)等不同断根处理对杨树叶片营养、光合特性、水分利用效率(WUE)及生长率的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,各处理的叶片N、P含量和净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度在断根后第30天时均显著降低,而在断根后第172天时明显升高,以8-2处理的提高幅度最大,且显著高于其它处理。8-2、8-4、10-2和10-4处理的叶绿素含量和WUE在第30 d时均明显高于对照,并在第172天时显著升高,其中8-2处理最高,依次是10-2、10-4或8-4处理;而6-2和6-4处理的叶绿素含量在第30天时与对照无显著性差异,第172天时显著高于对照,WUE在第30天和172天时均低于对照。此外,8-2处理的胸径、树高和材积生长率也是最高,其次是10-2或10-4处理,均明显高于对照,而6-2和6-4处理显著低于对照,以6-4处理为最低。综合分析认为,八倍胸径两侧的断根措施对杨树光合特性、水分利用效率及生长的作用效果最佳。

摘  要:
The root system of five-year-old Populus × euramericana cv. ‘Neva'were manually pruned with a sharp spade at 6,8 and 10 times DBH( diameter at breast height) distance along both sides or four sides prior to buds break,to study the effects of different root pruning treatments on nutritional status,photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency( WUE) in leaves as well as growth rate of poplar. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2concentration and the N,P contents of leaves in all root pruning treatments were reduced significantly at 30 d after root pruning in comparison with the control,but were enhanced obviously at 172 d after root pruning. At that time,the increase was maximum in 8- 2 treatment,which was significantly higher than the other treatment. The chlorophyll content and WUE in the treatments of 8- 2,8- 4,10- 2and 10- 4 were distinctly higher than the control after 30 days and raised significantly after 172 days,which in 8- 2treatment was the highest and ordinally followed by the treatments of 10- 2,10- 4,8- 4. However,the chlorophyll contents in 6- 2 and 6- 4 treatments had no apparent differences with the control after 30 days and but significantly statistical differences after 172 days. In the meantime,the WUE in 6- 2 and 6- 4 treatments was decreased after both30 days and 172 days compared to the control. Additionally,the growth rates of DBH,tree height and volume in the 8- 2,10- 2 and 10- 4 treatments were all increased significantly in comparison to the control,with the highest values in the 8- 2 treatment. However,the 6- 2 and 6- 4 treatments were obviously lower than the control,especially the 6- 4treatment. Basing on the above results, we speculated that the root pruning was beneficial to photosynthetic characteristics,WUE and poplar growth at the 8 times DBH distance along both inter-row sides.
