电催化氧化法处理含油污水的实验研究

摘 要:
运用正交试验优选电催化降解含油污水处理工艺条件并初步探讨油的降解历程。以Ti/Ir O2-Ta2O5-Sn O2电极为阳极,同尺寸的钛电极为阴极,并以除油率为评价指标,分别考察极板间距、电流密度、p H和电解时间等因素对油降解效果的影响。得到最优工艺条件为:极板间距为15 mm,电流密度为30 m A/cm2,p H值为3,电解时间为60 min,在此条件下除油率达到了93.9%;用气相色谱仪测定处理前及处理后的污水的成分,对降解历程进行了推测。电催化氧化法处理含油污水具有良好的效果,石油烃中大分子物质逐渐被转化成小分子物质,或者被矿化为CO2。

摘 要:
Orthogonal test was used to optimize the technological conditions of electro-catalytic degradation of oily wastewater and the oil degradation process was discussed preliminarily. Using Ti/IrO_2-Ta_2O_5-SnO_2 electrode as anode,titanium electrode of the same size as cathode,and the oil removal rate as evaluation index,effects of spacing,current density,p H,electrolysis time and other factors on oil degradation were investigated. The results indicated that the best effect which was 93. 9% oil removal rate was obtained when the spacing was 15 mm,the current density was 30 m A/cm~2,pH value was 3 and the electrolysis time was 60 min. Gas chromatography was used to get the composition of wastewater before and after treatment. The degradation process was inferred. The treatment of oily wastewater has a good effect by electro-catalytic oxidation. The total petroleum hydrocarbon is gradually transformed from large molecular substances into small molecules,or CO_2.
