果实套袋对番茄果实发育和品质的影响

摘  要:
以中杂九号番茄为试材,试验分析了番茄果穗套袋对袋内微环境、果实发育及品质的影响。结果表明,套袋对番茄果实发育影响不大;套袋后果实微环境温度升高2.3℃,光照减弱11.1%,成熟果实表面洁净,无农药、泥水和尘埃污染,维生素C含量提高7.93%,可溶性糖含量提高8.20%,但套袋果实可溶性蛋白质含量显著降低,果实表面锈斑率和裂果率增加。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of bagging the developing fruits on fruit development and quality of tomato cv. Zhongza No.9. The result showed that bagging the developing fruits had less effects on fruit development, increased the temperature by 2.3℃ and light intensity by 11.1% in the fruit micro-environment, and appeared free from pollution of pesticides, fungicides, muddy and dust on the surface of ripened fruit. The content of vitamin C was increased by 7.93%, and soluble sugar by 8.20% in the bagged fruit. However, bagged fruit showed much lowed soluble protein content and high rate of rust fruit and cracked fruit.
