春季中国沿海主要养殖贝类中脂溶性贝毒的组分分析和地域特征

摘 要:
海洋滤食性双壳贝类通过摄食产毒微藻,在体内积累藻毒素并经代谢转化形成化学结构多样的贝类毒素,潜在威胁消费者的身体健康甚至生命。为了解中国贝类海产品沾染脂溶性贝毒的情况,于2016年春季在中国沿海10个城市采集31种养殖贝类(68份样品),并采用LC-MS/MS方法对10种脂溶性贝毒进行同步检测。结果显示,中国沿海养殖贝类遭受多种脂溶性贝毒污染,其中包括环亚胺毒素(gymnodimine-A,GYM-A)、虾夷扇贝毒素(yessotoxin,YTX)、蛤毒素(pectenotoxin-2,PTX-2)和螺环内酯毒素(spirolide-1,SPX-1),毒素含量分别为0.85~211.47、4.51~54.64、0.55~6.16和0.19~2.35μg/kg,毒素检出率依次为26.5%、10.3%、13.2%和14.7%。毒素的总体分布趋势显示,GYM-A和SPX-1毒素在中国南部海域的污染程度相对较重,且分布范围已扩散至东海和黄海;YTX毒素则主要分布于渤海、北黄海海域;PTX-2广泛分布于渤海、黄海、东海和南海四大海域。该调查结果表明,中国贝类海产品食用安全的风险不容忽视。

摘 要:
Marine bivalves can accumulate phycotoxins produced by some toxic microalgae and transform to various shellfish toxins through metabolism,which potentially threatens the health and life safety of consumers. In order to understand the contamination of lipophilic shellfish toxins in shellfish aquaculture along the Chinese coast,total 68 samples,belonging to 31 species of shellfish,were collected from ten cities of the Chinese coast in the spring of 2016.The LC-MS/MS method was adopted to determine the multiple lipophilic toxins,including gymnodimine-A( GYMA),yessotoxin( YTX),trace amount of pectenotoxin-2( PTX-2) and spirolide-1( SPX-1). Contents of these toxins varied in the range of 0. 85-211. 47 μg/kg,4. 51-54. 64 μg/kg,0. 55-6. 16 μg/kg and 0. 19-2. 35 μg/kg,and their detection rates were 26. 5%,10. 3%,13. 2% and 14. 7%,respectively. In the sight of geographic distribution of the detected toxins in samples,GYM-A and SPX-1 were popular in the South China Sea,and spread to the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea. Meanwhile,YTX was mainly present in the Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea. PTX-2 was widely distributed in the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,the East China Sea and the South China Sea.High detection rates and wide distribution of lipophilic toxins in the investigative shellfish samples demonstrated that the potential health risks to consumers in these regions were worthy of consideration.
