社区老年人生活方式及饮食与认知功能的相关性

摘  要:
目的:探讨生活方式以及饮食因素与认知功能之间的相关性,为防控不可逆性认知损伤提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对整群随机抽取的844名武汉市社区老年人进行面对面访谈,并探明饮食和生活方式与认知功能的关联,识别其中潜在的保护因素和危险因素。结果:年龄、职业、饮茶、睡眠、坚持兴趣爱好情况、摄入家禽类、鱼肉类、蔬菜、豆类、坚果、菌藻类、营养品和食用油情况对疾病的分布影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度认知损害组与正常组老年人相比,以上类别食物皆摄入较少。饮茶、体力活动频率、肉类、蔬菜、坚果、营养品和食用油情况有利于认知功能的多个区域(P<0.05)。结论:坚持适当的体育锻炼和兴趣爱好相关的娱乐活动,保持良好的睡眠;多食用蔬菜、坚果、白肉、豆类和菌藻类丰富的饮食,选择植物油并适当补充维生素或鱼油等营养品将有助于老年人保持认知健康。

摘  要:
Objective To explore the relationship between lifestyle and dietary factors and cognitive function. Method A cross-sectional study was carried out in 845 old adults of the community to ascertain the association between lifestyle-related factors and cognitive function,and to identify potential protective factors and risk factors. Result Age,occupation,tea drinking,sleep,adherence to hobbies,ingestion of poultry,fish,vegetables,beans,nuts,bacteria,algae,nutrients and edible oils had statistically significant effects on disease distribution( P < 0. 05). Tea consumption,frequency of physical activity,meat,vegetables,nuts,nutrients and edible oils were beneficial to multiple regions of cognitive function( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Adhere to proper physical exercise and recreational activities of interest to maintain a good sleep; eat more vegetables,nuts,white meat,beans,bacteria and algae rich diet,select vegetable oil and appropriate supplements will help maintain cognitive health for older people.
