柞蚕神经分泌细胞研究 Ⅱ.咽下神经节神经分泌细胞

摘  要:
通过 PF/HM 和 Azan 染色对柞蚕咽下神经节神经分泌细胞的组织和功能的研究,表明:柞蚕咽下神经节内仅有一类神经分泌细胞,即 A 细胞。它与脑神经分泌细胞中的 A 细胞属于不同亚型,预蛹至化蛹初期为其分泌活动的盛期。脑与咽下神经节之间存在着通过 A 细胞的神经联系。咽下神经节神经分泌物经神经轴突通过神经血器官释放至靶组织。笔者经研究论证,作出柞蚕存在 DH 的推断(陆明贤等,1987),咽下神经节 A 细胞分泌物很有可能就是 DH,由于其分泌量尚不足以引起的蛹本身滞育,故决定柞蚕蛹滞育的主导因素,仍然是 PTTH 的停止分泌.

摘  要:
The neurosecretory cells(NSCs)of suboesophageal ganglion(SOG)of oak silkworm were identified by using PF/HM staining.The result demons- trates that NSCs corresponded to the type A cells of Nayar by their staining property.The A cells were mainly located ventrally in the SOG of larvae pupae and they were 50-70μm in diameter in the SOG of larvae,while those of the pupae were only 20-40μm.The fact that quite a few vacuoles occur- red in the cytoplasm of NSCs of pharate pupae and earlier pu pae,with concomitant decrease in size of NSCs,suggests that the granules synthes- ized were released from the SOG during the period of metamorphosis. Since NSCs of the SOG were associated with some physiological functions, such as induction of diapause,the involvement in Carbohydrate metabolism and initiation of diuresis etc.In some other insects studied the variation of staining property and the change in size of NSCs in oak silkworm turned out to be attributed to some physiological processes involved in the development and regulated by neurosecretion of NSCs of the SOG.
