不同环境条件下花椰菜花球农艺及品质性状间的遗传关系分析

摘  要:
研究了不同环境条件下花椰菜单球重、球径、球高和成熟期等花球农艺性状及可溶性固形物含量、蛋白质含量、总糖含量和Vc含量等花球品质性状的遗传关系。结果表明,多数性状间存在显著的协方差。其中,单球重与球径和成熟期与单球重、球径、蛋白质含量、总糖含量、Vc含量间主要表现为加性效应协方差,成熟期与可溶性固形物含量间以加性效应协方差和显性效应协方差为主,球径与总糖含量、可溶性固形物含量与其它花球品质性状间以加性效应协方差和加性×环境互作效应协方差为主。研究花椰菜花球农艺及品质性状间的遗传关系,有助于对这些性状进行同步改良。

摘  要:
The study of genetic relationship between agronomic trait and quality trait will contribute to the improvement of these traits in cauliflower breeding.This paper studied genetic relationship between head agronomic traits (including head weight, head diameter, head height and maturity),and head quality traits (including soluble solid content, protein content, sugar content and vitamin C) in cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var.botrytis L.) in different environment conditions.The results indicated that the significant genetic covariance was found between majority agronomic and quality traits. The additive covariance was mainly genetic covariance between head weight and head diameter, and between maturity and head weight, head diameter, protein content, sugar content or vitamin C. The additive covariance and dominance covariance were the major part of genetic covariance between maturity and soluble solid content. The additive covariance and additive × environment interaction covariance were the major part of genetic covariance between head diameter and sugar content, soluble solid content and other quality traits.
