利用自然冷资源对油豆角保鲜的试验研究

摘  要:
通过论述自然冷资源保鲜油豆角的基本原理以及技术特点,在自行研制的自然冷资源保鲜系统库中对油豆角进行了阶段性的试验研究,并描述了主要的保鲜工艺。试验结果显示,当环境维持在10℃、相对湿度90%时,可以保持油豆角较高的商品率,既保持了油豆角较好的外观,又保持了其食用品质,对油豆角的保鲜具有良好的效果。

摘  要:
In the experiments,the preservation technics is maintained by discussing the basic principle and technical character of NCR which keep Phaseolus vulgaris. L fresh,and doing phased experimental research on Phaseolus vulgaris. L in self-made NCR fresh-preserved storehouse. The results indicated that phaseolus vulgaris. L are preserved best when the temperature is 10℃ and relative humidity is 90%. In this environment,phaseolus vulgaris. L is able to be high commodity rate,could keep a good look and also keep the edible quality. The good effect is showed by using NCR fresh-preserved storehouse.
