摘  要：
思政课教师需要有堂堂正正的人格,这是道德建设规律的要求,是我国古代教育的优良传统,也是党的思想政治教育的优良传统。当前高校思政课教师总的来说品行端正,发挥了很好的教育影响力;但由于客观存在的社会矛盾及敌对势力的宣传等因素,部分高校思政课教师在政治立场、理论修养、道德行为等方面还存在不尽如人意的问题。提升高校思政课教师的人格品质,应以党的伟大事业为根本保证,应从巩固理想信念、加强行为示范、强化使命担当等方面入手。

摘  要：
The teachers of thought and politics need a decent personality, which is the requirement of the law of moral construction, rooting in the fine tradition of ancient education, and the fine tradition of ideological and political education of the Party. At present, the teachers of thought and politics in our country are well generally, but there are some problems such as all of political position instability,low theoretical level, moral sentiment in some people. To improve the personality of teachers in our country, we should take the enterprise of the Party as the fundamental guarantee, and strictly manage from all of political position, theoretical cultivation, moral emotion, etc.
