植物生长调节剂促进荷花藕带繁育技术

摘 要:
繁殖荷花(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)用藕带可保持其优良的观赏性状,又有利于在混杂大田中选育优良品种。以株型不同的荷花品种为研究对象,利用不同浓度的6-BA、NAA处理,作用在藕带顶芽生长点,比较植物生长调节剂对藕带生长的影响。结果表明,用吸湿纸浸湿植物生长调节剂包住藕带生长点,并用保鲜膜包裹,能明显促进藕带的生长、增加新芽和种藕数量;在参试的植物生长调节剂中,6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L处理的效果最优。

摘 要:
Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) breeding from sprout could maintain its excellent ornamental traits, and was conducive to hybrid breeding in field. Taking lotus varieties with different plant types as the research object, 6-BA, NAA with different concentration was applied for bud growth of lotus root. The results shows that the breeding of lotus sprout were promoted by the plant growth regulators; packing the growth point of lotus with soaked absorbent paper and wrapping with plastic wrap could obviously promote the growth of lotus sprout, increase the number of lotus bud and root. 6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 20 mg/L was the most effective.
