摘  要:
采用液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法,流动相为乙腈-水-甲酸(体积比90∶10∶0.1),采用多反应监测模式(MRM),测定油菜和土壤中的烯草酮残留。结果表明:添加水平分别为0.01、0.05、0.1mg/kg时,测定回收率在90%~100%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%。

摘  要:
An LC-QqQ-MS-MS(liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry) method for determination of clethodim was developed. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-formic acid(90:10:0.1, by vol) and the clethodim residues in rape and soil were detected in multiple reaction mode(MRM). The results showed that, when the fortified level were 0.01, 0.05, 0.10 mg/kg, the recoveries were in the range of 90-100% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were less than 10%.
