拖拉机弹簧座成形模具设计及仿真分析

摘  要:
针对拖拉机弹簧座成形过程中容易起皱和拉裂的问题,将数值模拟软件Dynaform应用到模具的开发活动中,运用有限元方法和塑性成形技术,对弹簧座零件冲压成形工艺方案进行模拟验证,并结合计算机辅助设计软件Pro/Engineering和Autocad的各自绘图优势,进行模具开发。基于上述方法,可以帮助开发人员快速与准确地进行模具设计,提高生产效率。

摘  要:
Crinkle and rip may occur during the forming process of the spring block of tractor,then numerical simulation software Dynaform is applied to the development of die. Aiming at technologic project of spring block,the finite element method and shape forming technology are used to validate it. Then computer-aided design software is adopted to design die by combining with the advantage of Pro / Engineering and Autocad.Such a design method of die based on the technologies can help the designers to develop die quickly and accurately,and improve productivity.
