摘 要:
根据玉米内源ZEIN基因建立了茶叶中掺杂玉米的普通PCR和实时荧光PCR检测方法。结果表明,标准CTAB法适合提取茶叶样品基因组DNA,实时荧光PCR的灵敏度能达到0.1%,普通PCR能达到1%,实时荧光PCR是普通PCR的10倍。两种方法都能达到检测要求。

摘 要:
According to the endogenous gene ZEIN of maize, two PCR methods were established. The results showed that standard CTAB method was suitable for genomic DNA extraction of maize. Ordinary PCR had 1% detection sensitivity. The detection sensitivity of real-time PCR was 10 times more than that of ordinary PCR. Two methods can meet requirements for detecting maize in tea in future.
