鸡传染性鼻炎河南株分离鉴定及防治

摘  要：
[目的]为了进行鸡传染性鼻炎河南株分离鉴定及防治的试验。[方法]从25个怀疑发生鸡传染性鼻炎的鸡场病料中分离到11株副鸡嗜血杆菌,经血清型鉴定A型8株,C型3株,对该鸡场进行病原分离鉴定、药敏试验、防治试验。[结果]用分离株研制的二价油乳剂灭活苗用于该病的预防和用分离株筛选的敏感药物用于治疗,效果均良好;用敏感药物给发病鸡饮水配合研制的二价油乳剂灭活苗给发病鸡紧急免疫接种,治疗鸡传染性鼻炎,效果更佳。[结论]该研究为制定鸡传染性鼻炎的防治措施提供了试验依据。

摘  要：
The objective of the experiment was to conduct the identification of avian coryza Henan strain and its control test.11 strains of Haemophilus paragallinarum were isolated.And through serological identification,8 strains belonged to Type A and 3 strains Type C.Pathogen identification,drug sensitive test and control test in the infected chick farm were carried out.The optimal result was achieved by using bivalent inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine in drinking water.This study provided experiment background in formulating control measure against avian infectious coryza.
