紫花苜蓿与老芒麦混播优势的研究

摘  要:
用~(15)N示踪技术通过盆栽和草场小区试验,研究新疆大叶苜蓿、北疆苜蓿与老芒麦混播,不同种间比例组合的作物生长和氮行为。首蓿固定的氮比土壤氮更易为与之混作的老芒麦吸收利用。老芒麦能从与之混作的紫花苜蓿固定的氮中获得植株生长所需34.9%的氮,使老芒麦对肥料氮的需求降低了20.7%,对土壤氮的需求降低了35.2%。从而减轻了禾本科牧草对混播系统中肥料和土壤氮的竞争,並使首蓿的固氮率提高19.5%。苜蓿与老芒麦混播的适宜的种间比例组合是1∶1。适宜组合的混合干草产量、氮产量、苜蓿固氮和固氮产物转移都最高。适宜组合混合干草中老芒麦与苜蓿的组成重量比为1∶0.9,搭配合理,营养完全。

摘  要:
The plant growth and N behaviour in monoculture and mixed cropping of alfalfa and siberian wildrye were compared in potting and grassland plot with the technique of ~(15)N isotope dilution, N fixed in alfalfa was used more easily by siberian wildrye in mixture than the N in soil, and 34.9% of nitrogen in siberian wildrye plant was derived from N-fixation of ation of alfalfa. That made %Ndff and %Ndfs of siberian wildrye plant decreased by20.7% and 35.2%,respectively. The nitrogen transfer also made %Nfa of alfalfa plant increased by 19.5%. The optimal combination in the mixed cropping is 1:1 in the ratio of alfalfa to siberian wildrye in standing piants. There was the hightest yield of mixed hay, nitrogen, Ndfa and Ndft of alfalfa plant in the combination. The mixed hay composation was in the ratio of 1∶0.9 of grass to legume. The arrangement in pairs is reasonable and the nutrient is complete.
