摘  要：
在分析变径变螺距榨螺参数化线形的基础上,列出了螺齿线形的简化方程。同时,探讨了物料在榨膛内的填充和压榨情况,建立了榨螺体积计算的简便模型,提出了计算压缩比的一种新方法,为变径变螺距榨螺的后续设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要：
On the base of the analysis of the parametric line of pressing screw of variable diameters and variable pitches,the simplified equations for the line of screw teeth are achieved.Then the situations of the fillment and compression of the materiel in the chamber are discussed,and a compact model for the volume calculation of the pression screw is built.Meanwhile,this paper provides a new method for compression ratio calculation,and gives some theoretical basis for later design of the pressing screw of variable diameters and variable pitches.
