摘 要：
An experiment was conducted to study the expression characteristics and dynamic of c-kit protein in oogenesis by means of immunohistochemistry and biostatistics by rearing Shirakiacris shirakii(I.Bol.)from Siping region in Jilin Province,China.Results showed that in oogenesis,there are different expression levels of c-kit protein from the first stage to the sixth stage of oocytes,but positive granules disappear with the following vitellogenesis.The c-kit positive granules were also found in follicular cells,and the gland cells of oviduct and spermathecae.The seasonal dynamic of c-kit protein shows a strong expression of c-kit protein in the ovarian tube for young adults and a weak expression for old adults.
