梨木虱第一代卵空间分布格局及抽样技术

摘  要:
【目的】明确梨木虱第一代卵空间分布格局,指导田间调查和防治。【方法】应用Taylor幂法则、Iwao M*-m回归分析法及6种空间分布型聚集度指标,对密植梨园梨木虱第一代卵空间分布型进行了研究,并进行了影响因素分析。【结果】梨木虱第一代卵在梨树上呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分是个体群,其聚集性随密度的增大而增加。通过5种田间抽样方法的比较确定最佳方法为棋盘式抽样法,运用Iwao M*-m回归分析法中的分布型参数确定了梨木虱第一代卵的理论抽样数。【结论】梨木虱第一代卵在梨树上呈聚集分布,其聚集是由该虫习性与环境因素共同引起,调查时应根据其聚集习性采取适宜的抽样方法和抽样数量。

摘  要:
【Objective】The study is to investigate the spatial distribution pattern of the eggs of Psylla chinensis and to provide a scientific guidance for controlling Psylla chinensis.【Method】The spatial distribution pattern of the eggs of Psylla chinensis in first generation was analyzed with Taylor's power law,Iwao's regression method,and 6 aggregation indexes.【Result】The results indicated that the spatial distribution pattern of Psylla chinensis eggs in first generation belonged to aggregated pattern in the pear or-chards,and the basic distribution component was individual colony,The aggregation intensity increasedwith the density.The optimal sampling numbers were determined by Iwao's regression method.5 sampling methods were compared and the optimal sampling pattern was the chess manual.【Conclusion】Thespatial distribution of Psylla chinensis eggs in first generation belonged to aggregated pattern,the aggregation pattern was caused by their own behavior and environmental heterogeneity.
