果园用履带拖拉机液压传动系统的设计

摘  要:
根据果园管理的要求,设计出一种能够适用于果园作业环境,主要用于进行喷药、施肥和开沟等作业的液压驱动履带拖拉机底盘。针对果园履带拖拉机行走工况和要求,进行了液压行走系统设计和研究,提出了液压行走系统的设计方案,确定了系统压力,并根据确定的拖拉机驱动力进行了马达和泵等主要液压元件相关参数的选择与匹配计算。

摘  要:
According to the requirements of orchard management,Hydraulic transmission and control of crawler tractor is designed which is mainly used for spraying,fertilization,ditching operations and can be applied to orchard operating environment. According to the conditions and requirements of crawler tractor,this paper conducted the design and research of hydraulic walking system. This paper put forward the design project of hydraulic walking system and determined the system pressure and then calculated and selected the motor,pump and other major hydraulic components parameters according to the determination of the tractor driving force.
