浅谈在线学习在乡镇林业工作站教育培训中的应用

摘  要：
乡镇林业工作站是对林业生产经营实施组织管理的最基层机构,是各项林业工作的落脚点,在生态文明建设和现代林业改革发展中发挥着重要作用。全国乡镇林业工作站岗位培训在线学习平台的开通为广大林业站的干部职工提供了继续教育和知识更新的辅助学习手段,为推进基层林业站岗位培训,提高林业站工作者队伍的整体素质发挥了重要作用。科学设计平台的核心架构,有效满足平台的学习需求等一系列做法取得了较好的成效,使乡镇林业工作站教育培训的手段进一步优化,教育培训的资源进一步充实,林业站人员学习的主动性进一步增强。针对目前存在的重视不够、设备匮乏等问题,建议加强管理,增加投入,丰富资源。

摘  要：
Township forestry working station is the most basic agencies of organization and management to implement the production and management of forestry,it is the foothold of all forestry work.It plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization and modern forestry reform and development.The online of The Forestry Workstation E-learning Platform provides the vast number of cadres and workers of forestry station of assisted learning tools to continue education and update their knowledge,it played an important role to promote local forestry station job training and improve the overall quality of forestry station worker team.The Platform achieved good results with scientific design of platform core architecture,and a series of effective practices to meet the learning needs,cause the township forestry station education and training methods further optimized,education and training resources further enriched,learning initiative of the forestry station staff further enhanced.It is recommended to strengthen management,increase investment and abundant resources,for existing of inadequate attention,lacking of equipment and other problems.
