摘要：

探讨白毛藤多糖对宫颈癌细胞系SiHa细胞体外增殖的影响及机制。将不同浓度白毛藤多糖作用SiHa细胞后,用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率,用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期各时相的变化。白毛藤多糖能抑制宫颈癌细胞的体外增殖,其机制可能与细胞周期阻滞有关。

摘要：

The study was designed to explore the inhibitory effects of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides on proliferation in vitro of human cervical cancer cell line and its mechanism.Human cervical cancer were treated with differvent concentrations of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides,and MTT assay was used to detect the growth inhibition of SiHa cells in different concectrations of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides.Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of cell cycle.Results showed Solamum lyratum polysaccharides could inhibit proliferation in vitro of the SiHa cell,and its mechanism might be related with cell cycle arrest.
