玉米品种对茎腐病抗性鉴定

摘  要:
采用自然发病和土壤接种方法,鉴定了1550份玉米品种对茎腐病的抗性。结果,表现高抗的397份,中抗的304份,中感的364份,高感的485份。不同抗性品种用肿囊腐霉菌和串珠镰刀菌接种测定,抗性反应基本一致。通过病圃自然发病初筛,人工土壤接种复选,可准确鉴定大量材料的抗病性。

摘  要:
Total 1550 maize varieties were identified with methods of natural infection and inoculation insoil. Results indicated that 397 varieties were highly resistant to maize stalk rot, 304 varieties moderatelyresistant, 364 variehes modderately susceptible and 485 varieties highly susceptible. Varieties withdifferent resistance showed an identical response when inoculation with Pythium inflatum or Fusariummoniliforme. It is possible to accurately identify a lot of materials by preliminary identification in naturalinfection patch and multiple identificaton by inoculation in soil.
