摘 要：
民以食为天,食以菜为先,新鲜蔬菜对于人体健康至关重要。蔬菜业作为天津市农业的支柱产业,有着良好的发展基础。通过对天津市蔬菜流通模式的现状及存在问题的分析,提出了将封闭供应链管理理论应用于蔬菜流通模式之中,有效地解决"菜贱伤农,菜贵伤民"的现象以及蔬菜安全问题,促进蔬菜品牌的建立,真正让农民和市民都能从中获益。

摘 要：
Fresh vegetables are very important to human health.Vegetable industry is the pillar industry of Tianjin agriculture and has a good developing foundation.Through analyzing the status and problems of vegetable circulation patterns,the closed supply chain management theory was put forward and it was applied to vegetable circulation pattern and effectively solved the phenomenon of "the cheap vegetables hurt farmers,the expensive vegetables hurt civilians" as well as the vegetable safety problem,and promoted vegetables brand establishing and gave benefits to farmers and civilians.
