摘 要:
The nutritional components of fish muscles had the characteristics of high protein,low fat content a variety of essential amino acids for human, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals. The effects of protein (amino acids),fat,minerals,vitamin and other nutritional elements in fish muscles on human health and functions were expounded. The research results showed that it was very important for human health to often eat fish.
