摘  要:
[Objective] To observe the protective effect of swertiamarin on H2O2-induced apoptosis of rat's cardiomyocyte and to explore its protective mechanism.[Methods] Cultured with differential attachment methods,the cell viability and content of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Malondia ldehyde MDA of SD rat's cardiomyocyte of were determined;the expression of bcl-2 and Bax of cardiomyocyte was detected with immunocytochemical staining and the cell apoptosis was detected using acridine orange staining.[Results] The rats given swertiamarin of three different concentrations was higher in survival rate of cardiomyocyte and SOD,and was lower in MDA,and was significant different from that in H2O2-induced group(P0.05;P0.01).[Conclusion] Swertiamarin is endowed with protective effect on H2O2-induced apoptosis of rat's cardiomyocyte,which may be acted through influencing the oxidation system and regulating and controlling specific proteins of cardiomyocyte.
