Research on enzymatic assisted water extraction of Pinus massoniana Lamb. pollen.

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the parameters of the water extraction of Pinus massoniana Lamb. pollen assisted by the α-amylase and the protease. [Method] According to the yield of the water extraction, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the technology of enzymatic assisted by water extraction of P. massoniana Lamb. pollen based on the single-factor test. [Result] The P. massoniana Lamb. pollen degreased by supercritical CO2 extraction technology was extracted by water assisted by the α-amylase, and the optimized technology was as follows:adding α-amylase amount 2.0%, the ratio of material to water 1∶16, the extraction temperature 75 ℃, the extraction time 3 h, constant pH value 6.0. The P. massoniana Lamb. pollen extract extracted by water assisted by the α-amylase was extracted further by adding protease, and the optimized technology was as follows:adding protease 1.5%, the ratio of solid-liquid 1∶20, the extraction temperature 50 ℃, the extraction time 3 h, constant pH value 7.0. The yield of P. massoniana Lamb. pollen by enzymatic assisted by water extraction was 51.34% under the optimized process parameters. [Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for better reasonably and fully utilizing the Pine pollen resources.
